Ancient Mysteries In The Amazon Jungle – Strange White Men With Glowing Eyes – Part 1
Ellen Lloyd - AncientPages.com - Located in nine different countries, the Amazon Jungle is home to about 10% of the world’s known biodiversity. In the world’s largest rainforest, we can find many beautiful, exotic animals and plants. According to World Wide Fund For Nature, “about 9% (2.7 million) of the Amazon’s population is still made up of indigenous people – 350 different ethnic groups, more than 60 of which still remain largely isolated.”
Being twice the size of India, covering 2.1 million square miles, it’ not surprising that large parts of the forest remain unexplored.
Occasionally we receive news about mysterious ancient ruins encountered in the rainforest, but exploring the vast jungle is dangerous and difficult. Many who attempted to search for ancient lost cities and treasures, never returned, but those who did tell strange stories about curious encounters with unusual Indians.
In our previous article, we discussed an interesting account dealing with a secret underground world hidden deep in the Amazon Jungle. During a journey, a couple encountered a tribe of very dangerous white-skinned Indians who were guardians of this vast subterranean network.
These enigmatic Indians were short, almost dwarfish and their skin had a pinkish hue.
Interestingly, the origin of the white-skinned Indians remains unknown and some think they could be members of a lost ancient civilization that may be traced to Europe.
Even more puzzling is that encounters with white-skinned Indians have been reported from many countries located in the Amazon rainforest.
Some of these accounts are truly amazing. They describe strange ancient cities, artifacts, mysterious writings, and peculiar structures that remind us of building we associate with ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia. Many of these ancient discoveries are in some way related to the enigmatic white-skinned Indians, who we know very little about.
People who briefly met the white-skinned Indians tell very interesting stories about these unusual people who don’t trust intruders. Whether we believe these accounts or not, we cannot deny that ancient treasures, lost cities and priceless artifacts may be hidden in the vast, beautiful and dangerous Amazon Jungle.
We’ll go on a long journey and continue to explore many ancient mysteries of the Amazon Jungle.
