We have covered the topic in several of our previous articles trying to unravel why there are no skeletons of giants. Those who are eager to convince themselves people of great stature were present on our planet, do not need to look far back in history.
One of the most famous giants in modern times was Robert Pershing Wadlow from Illinois. He was the world’s tallest man and shortly before his death he was measured at 8 ft 11.1 in (2.72 m) by doctors.
Ancient myths and legends frequently mention giants, but there are also very interesting chronicles and other valuable documents that reveal people of incredible stature were known in several parts of the world. Interestingly, some of the authors swear they have had encounters with giant Indians in the past. Who were these people? What information do we possess about them? What happened to these ancient giants?
